Shipping policy

Shipping is free until further notice.

Please allow us between 2-3 business days for processing and approximately another 8 business days to ship your order to the address given. During busier periods, another 4 business days might be needed.

Shipping confirmation is sent via email.

Please double-check your shipping information after your order has been placed. Suzushii will not be responsible for undelivered or lost orders due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. 

Your package may or may not require a signature. Most packages are delivered to the mailbox or front door of the address provided. However, it is up to the delivery driver's discretion on whether it is safe to deliver your package. If the driver deems it unsafe the package can be left at the local post office or re-scheduled for another delivery. We recommend using a shipping address where someone will be available to accept your package.
